Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the UK mainland and certain other regions. However, we are unable to process direct orders through our website for specific areas, including Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man, and other offshore UK territories. If you require shipping to these locations, please contact our customer service team before placing an order to discuss possible arrangements.

Processing Time

· Orders placed before 12.00pm will be shipped same working day, whilst orders placed after this cutting time will be shipped the next working day.

· Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use DPD for all deliveries to ensure fast and reliable service. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

· Zone 1 UK Mainland: Next business day

· Scottish Highlands, Scottish Island & Northern Ireland: 2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

· Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of shoe boxes and the delivery region.

· For Zone 1

One box: 7.8 GBP (including VAT)

Two or more boxes: 6 GBP per box (including VAT)

· For Northern Ireland : 14.4 GBP per box (including VAT)

· For Scottish Highland & Scottish Island 15.6 GBP per box (including VAT)

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, DPD will send you a message via the phone number you provided with tracking details and delivery updates. Please ensure your contact number is accurate at checkout.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

· If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

· Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns for wholesale orders unless there is a defect or an error on our part. Please review our Return Policy for more details.
